4-H Educator/ Extension

The 4-H Educator is a professional educator who provides leadership to the local 4-H program and manages day to day operations.

The Extension Agent is responsible for essential testing services and educational support to agricultural producers, landowners, and community members, ensuring safe and compliant pesticide application, healthy livestock water quality, and accurate nitrate testing of soil and water resources.

Grace Fogelman-Zook is the 4-H educator and the Extension Agent. She splits her time 50/50 between Mellette County and Jones County.
